When to use this form
For spouses, children, or survivors of veterans who are permanently and totally disabled or died in service. Provides up to 36 months of education benefits.
You'll need to provide
- ✓Veteran's service information
- ✓Your relationship to the veteran
- ✓School or training program you plan to attend
Apply online. The veteran must be rated 100% P&T or have died from a service-connected condition.
